3-4 ansjos

2-3 ts muskat

2-3 ts nellik

2 ts allehånde

1 ts salt

1-2 ts pepper

Litt kajenne pepper


Fremgangsmåte

Mal lever, spekk og ansjos 2-3 ganger

Bland i resten

Stekes i vannbad ved 200 grader i 60 - 90 minutter
